It's the camera at water level, at a lake with little wind, just after sunset. The slowly lapping ripples caught some dusk, and that nearest the camera faded to black.
The photo was flipped vertically, and I added the four tiny points to suggest stars. It suggested, to me, waters formed out of the black night, and collapsing in a flood to the ground. |
