Seems to be a type of daisy, growing wild. But it's more likely a ganzania (Asteraceae Gazania rigens), and particularly varieties - fiesta red, and sun gold. This was inspired by a photo on a photosite (which site sort of auto-destructed) which presented a similar set of tiles.
